I went rock climbing today with my lifegroup and had so much fun. Since it was only $5, I was going to go without a doubt but having to pay that extra $10 made me not want to go… I can borrow someone’s mcard taking classes, and I’ve paid enough for the out of state tuition, but why do I have to pay more.

I ended up going after a discussion with my leader. I’ve gone rock climbing before and I don’t find it scary at all but I was able to witness something more. My friend Abel was trying to climb the wall and had a hard time climbing higher. We all surrounded him to cheer him up and got so happy to see him climb that one extra step. Instead of bashing on one another, it’s so good to see everyone coming together.
