I got a Lysol that has bleach in it to clean up my bathroom before I move out next week. Upon spraying it in the bathtub and the wall, I could see the dirty color coming off and disinfecting the stains. I was glad to see the old coming off, the scent of the product also brought back an old memory – in a swimming pool.

I used to get swimming lessons when I was a chubby little boy and swam all the time, and even quite well. It was the smell of the bleach that lives in every level of the atmosphere in the indoor pool. It’s not pleasant, but the smell triggered those days in pre teen days. Ah, so smelly, but fun days. Those were the days when I wasn’t exposed to many ugliness and didn’t know much. It’s raining here in Ann Arbor, and I’m tired but it’s making me think back to those days.

Hopefully the bathtub would be cleaner when I wake up.
