It wasn’t just a game night
June 8, 2012

My life group, PACMEN and our sister lifegroup, Fe, had a game night today. As an outreach event, a lot of prayers were invested and prepared, but I didn’t do my job of inviting anyone out. I can’t really think of anyone to invite… not really, I can actually. But when I heard that a game night had +50 people coming out last year, I assumed it’d be okay not to invite anyone.

The number of guests was quite low, but I can say that I’ve enjoyed the game night very much. Although I wouldn’t mind taking a night off to rest and watch a movie or something, eating chips and cookies for dinner, playing card games, and dancing shamelessly with the Just Dance game were all worthwhile. I’ve always had a hard time with someone because I couldn’t help myself from judging, but this night really helped me to break that. I was able to laugh so much watching others dance. I often think that it’s okay to skip on things that I don’t need to do, but God can work in unexpected ways. Yay~
